This Terms of Service Agreement applies to independent clients. For business, agency, or other organization work inquiries, please contact me for further discussion.
Failure to abide by these terms will result in being placed on my blacklist without further notice.

The pricings listed on my VGen are starting prices. Prices are subject to change.
Rushed commissions cost an additional fee. This is not always available.

Vocal Mixing
Tuning, timing, mixing, mastering of vocals
Final product is delivered as MP3 and WAV files through Google Drive, unless specified otherwise
When sending files, please:
Provide vocal tracks (mono 48khz 24-bit WAV format) and instrumental in a ZIP file.
Avoid overlapping lines and audio clipping/distortion.
Label files to be organized and/or coherent (e.g. Song_Alias_Melody).

Workflow
Once I accept a request, we will discuss the specific details to calculate an individualized quote.
Upon agreement, I will send an invoice through PayPal or payment methods via VGen.
I will begin the project once the full or initial payment is made.
Throughout the working process, I will send WIPs (work in progresses) to receive your feedback.
Before finalizing the finished product, I will send a preview for you to review.
After receiving your approval, I will provide the respective files for the project accordingly.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service.
General
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to commission me. You must warrant that all provided reference material and assets are legally obtained and authorized for use by you.I agree that my work is created with the highest quality and care that I can provide. My work is original and free from plagiarism to the best of my knowledge. The use of generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) is not present in any of my work.I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions based on content, client behavior, or other reasons. Any and all work involving AI generated images will not be accepted.
Privacy
Both you and I agree that confidential information (including, but not limited, to personal information, technical information, marketing plans, payment information, or sensitive business information) may be shared and will not be disclosed to the public, or any other party, without prior written permission from the owner of the confidential information.
Payments
Payments are made in USD (US Dollars) and via PayPal invoice or VGen. An initial nonrefundable payment, as described below, is required for me to begin. This fee must be paid within 72 hours upon receiving the payment method.
Commissions totaling $400 or higher: a minimum of 50%
Commissions totaling less than $400: must be paid in full.
Timeline, Revisions, & Delivery
Commissions will be completed within the timeframe that we agreed upon. I will provide WIP (Work in Progress) images and/or videos throughout the process. Revisions are not provided after the finished product has been delivered. Any bugs, glitches, or issues found after final delivery will be resolved free of charge.
All of my commissions are delivered electronically, received in a digital format, and does not have any physical components.
Refunds, Cancellation, & Expiration
Refunds are not provided once the completed work has been delivered. Any tips received by me are not refundable. You are not allowed to issue a chargeback at any point during the commission or after the completed product has been delivered.If you decide to cancel a commission prior to completion, you must compensate me as follows:
If partially completed, you will pay 50% of the total fee regardless of how much has been completed. You will not be entitled to receive the work or usage rights.
If completed, you will pay the total fee as agreed upon. You will be entitled to receive the work and usage rights, if you choose.
If I cancel a commission, a full refund will be issued. If the project is not completed within the deadline, you may cancel the commission and the total fee will be refunded.
Rights & Usage
I retain copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights of my work. You will not claim my work as your own. You agree to credit me as creator of my work. Usage of my work for AI and/or ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, programs, or training, NFT, blockchain, or other for-profit platforms and purposes, is strictly prohibited.PERSONAL USE. Commissions not specified as for commercial use are prohibited from usage of the commission for monetized purposes. Reselling, redistribution, or modification of my work is strictly prohibited. You are allowed to use my work for social media profile pictures, banners, and posts, as well as printing and framing of the commission in personal spaces.COMMERCIAL USE FOR VTUBER MODELS. If the commission is for commercial use, you are granted the rights to monetized usage on live streams, recorded content, and promotional purposes on social media platforms. Redistribution or reselling of the final product to any other party is not allowed. You, nor is any other party, allowed to modify my work.COMMERCIAL USE FOR LIVE2D RIGGING. When commissioning a Live2D service where illustrations are provided by another artist, all granted usage rights described above apply solely to my rigging and animation work. You are responsible for abiding to any terms and conditions of the artist as well as my terms.I will not resell, redistribute, or publish the commission except for display in my portfolio (including, but not limited to, display on websites and video showcases).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, and hold me harmless from and against all losses, damages, liabilities, actions, judgments, or expenses resulting from your acts or omissions or the breach of any representation, warranty, or obligation.
By purchasing products from me, you are agreeing to abide by my Terms of Service.
